- It is the final year for Harry and his friends at Hogwarts. And things are going to change. Both Beauxbatons and Durmstrang have closed down because of what happened last year at Hogwarts plus the fact there have been small attacks that had accorded at these two schools as well. Not quiet as big as the one at Hogwarts. But big enough to scary the students into not coming back. Professor McGonagall is now Headmistress at Hogwarts. And there is a new Head of Slytherin at Hogwarts.
And with the shock of Professor Dumbledore’s death didn’t affect the students at Hogwarts enough. The shock that he had a granddaughter did. That is right. You heard right. Albus Dumbledore has a seventeen year old granddaughter and her name is Riley Jane Dumbledore, most people call her RJ. Who had attended Beauxbatons until her sixth year.
It was only at the request of her grandfather that she would attend Hogwarts for her last two years and, after a lot of though, she accepted. But only a year was spent with her grandfather until his untimely murder thanks to one Professor Severus Snape and one Draco Malfoy. And of course everyone knows who Draco Malfoy is, so why she we go on. Some people say that he will never be allowed back at Hogwarts.
But oh were they wrong. During the end of year break. The new Head mistress of Hogwarts, Professor McGonagall, met with the Ministry of Magic to determine what will happen to the school. But the Ministry would only allow the school to remain open on these conditions.
1. The Head Boy and Head girl will have their own common room on the seventh floor.
2. Riley Jane Dumbledore would be Gryffindor’s head girl.
3. Everyone who was in sixth year last year MUST return
4. And the new Defense against the dark arts teacher will be Remus Lupin.
And
5. Draco Malfoy would be allowed back into the school. And have the Slytherin Head boy title as if nothing was to happen last year with Dumbledore the title was Draco’s anyway.
McGonagall had no choice but to agree to these terms if she wanted the school to remain open. And she did. There were something she agreed with and things she didn’t. But what could she do. If she didn’t agree Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry would be closed for good. And she couldn’t have that. And also with a new Muggle Studies professor in Hogwarts, something’s will change as this professor wants to put on a Play. And not just any play. The play of Romeo and Juliet.
Now with Draco back in the school and head boy. And Riley Jane Dumbledore as head girl who knows what’s going to happen in the Head’s common room. But also who knows what is going to happen in the school. As there is a new Muggle Studies teacher who wants to put on a muggle play, Romeo and Juliet. With Riley as Juliet and Draco as Romeo. But who else will be in that play? Harry Potter? Hermione Granger? You? Who knows. All we know is that things are going to change. Maybe for the good. And maybe for the bad. But only time can tell.
