when you think of celebrities, what are the first thoughts that pop up in your head?
glitz? glamour? large crowds of people adoring them?
sure, that's all great and everything, but really. is that what their lives are truly like? aren't they human like us all? don't they want to find their way in the world and not have everything destroyed by the paparazzi, tabloids, obsessive fans, and their own inner demons?
why don't you answer that yourself. put yourself in the spotlight for a moment.
we bet your answer's no. you can't have secrets. you can't do anything you wish because you're always being told what to wear, how to act, who to be friends with. but it's all just way too addicting and inviting, just like many other things in our life. so they just deal and keep up with the antics they create.
but what happens when celebrities lose their limelight?
they're not willing to find out. they'll in fact do everything to keep it on them.
everything from the parties, to the make-ups and break-ups, to the downright crazy.
but within those large crowds of social butterflies, there's always bound to be a few that catch your eye. the few that actually know how to behave like a human rather than some attention-starved animal. they usually last the longest -- but don't tell the crazy ones or they may start behaving. then what would the tabloids have to write about? it'd put masses out of their current jobs and leave people bored with no way to pass time.
but it's not likely that they'll start behaving anytime soon. it's just way too much fun being bad and making new trends to see how people react.
so be sure to

smile for the camera is a no application celeb role playing board. it was reopened in july and has since then gained over 70 members. we have no intentions on ruling anybody out, since the main reason of role playing is to have fun. the staff makes sure that all the role players are active by going through the claims on the first of every month and clearing those out who haven't posted in a month. there are many plots that are made nearly every day within the request boards. oh, and you don't have to wait to be approved before posting, as long as you post in the signing up board, first.
