Four years
Four years is an awfully long time for some people and for others it just seems to go by in the blink of an eye. It's been four years since the Tree Hill Gang graduated from Tree Hill High. Ever wonder how altering three pivotal moments in their past could possibly change their future? Let's get to altering then, shall we? First off, Keith Scott isn't dead. What? Yes you heard me right. Dan still shoots him at Tree Hill High, but apparently little brother didn't get the job done as he had thought he did.
Speaking of Keith, Karen's pregnancy of Lily remains the same except she goes into labor shortly after Haley does and it doesn't involve eclampsia. What is the third altered pivotal moment you ask? What if the unknown guy that Rachel ditched Mouth for ..was actually Jake Jagielski? Crazy and not so pivotal is what comes to mind, I'm sure. If you think about it, it may seem more pivotal than you first thought.
How does all of that effect the Tree Hill Gang four years after their high school graduation? There's only one way to find out........
